How do I apply for graduation (receive a degree audit)?
WNCC graduates students three times per year at the end of Spring, Summer, and Fall terms (May, August, and December). You need to meet with the Registrar, Roger Hovey, to have a degree audit done no later than one month prior to the end of the term you plan to graduate. The deadline to apply for spring 2006 graduation is April 6. There is only one graduation ceremony each year which is on the second Saturday in May. Students who graduate in August or December have the option to attend the graduation ceremony the following May.
To schedule an appointment for your degree audit, contact Jennifer Araujo, Secretary in Scottsbluff at (308)635-6012, or at 1-800-348-4435, ext. 6012. Further contact information:

To make an appointment on one of those days, contact Tammy DuBray in Alliance at (308)763-2002 or 1-888-559-9622; or Mandi Raffelson in Sidney at (308)254-7410 or 1-800-222-9682.
